August 28, 2024

Start Chilling your steins because Lethbridge Oktoberfest is celebrating its 10th annual festival with Oktoberfest YQL 2024, running September 5th—7th in Festival Square. Like the many Oktoberfests before it, Oktoberfest YQL 2024 is brought to you by Pogo Bros Entertainment and Lethbridge Volkswagen! Lethbridge has a long and loving history with the bubbly brew known as beer, which is why there is no better place to experience Oktoberfest in Southern Alberta!

Tickets to this year's Oktoberfest can be purchased in advance online for $15, with tickets also available at the gates for $20. To get your tickets online in advance, click the button below and prepare to fill your cup and sip on something local at Lethbridge Oktoberfest 2024! The Festival will run from 5 PM - 11 PM September 5th, and 3 PM - Midnight September 6th - 7th.

Oktoberfest Community Day

This year, a new addition to the Oktoberfest celebrations is the Oktoberfest Community Day! On September 5th from 5 PM—11 PM at Festival Square the whole community can come together and celebrate Bavarian tradition and the bubbly brews local producers work hard to fill our cups with. Beer won't be the only thing there, though! There will be a photo booth, Bavarian crafts and games for all ages, and live music! The best part? Entry is FREE on Oktoberfest YQL Community Day!

From Lethbridge's humble beginnings as the originators of Old Style Pilsner to our inclusion in the Highway 3 Ale Trail and the many independent brewers who call our city home, Lethbridge is your connection to incredible local beer! Whether you're a craft beer connoisseur or only enjoy a hoppy helping on rare occasions, there's something for everyone to enjoy at Oktoberfest YQL 2024!

No matter which of the two days you attend, you'll find authentic Bavarian food and drinks, as well as a dancefloor to show off your best moves all night, complete with live music performed by local bands. This is one big local get-together with an authentic German twist.

Remember that you are in the perfect place to shop from a local selection of stores before or during the festivities, with many local shops and restaurants surrounding the Oktoberfest festival grounds, including Cookie Crimes, Telegraph Taphouse, and Bourbon and Butter, which are all located on Festival Square!

Remember to share all your best photos from the festivities and fun at Oktoberfest on social media with #ExploreLethbridge! We love seeing how everyone enjoys local brews and businesses all over the city, and we even share some of our photos on our socials! Don't worry—we always ask permission before reposting!
