Light Up Your Night — Nikka Yuko Winter Light Festival

Christmas decorations may have come down, but the colourful lights at Nikka Yuko Japanese Gardens are still lighting up the night sky!
Experience the peace and serenity of the Friendship Garden as you stroll through the dazzling lights, ice sculptures and another surprise throughout the garden! Learn about a new culture and its winter traditions as you take in the majesty. So bundle up, grab your cohort and head to Nikka Yuko Japanese Gardens to light up your night!
If you need to add some extra heat to your night stop by the concession to purchase a warm drink and a cookie!
Please note that due to the COVID-19 Restrictions in place as of December 12, 2020, masks are mandatory for all guests of the Winter Light Festival while inside the gardens, waiting in line, and inside the Nikka Yuko Visitor Centre*. Groups may only consist of people from the same cohort and larger groups may be required to stagger entrance and maintain a 2 metre (6 foot) distance. Garden pathways are all one way to help keep a physical distance.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden’s can not accommodate walk-in. Please remember to purchase tickets in advance (at least 24 hours in advance), as you will not be able to purchase them at the gates (tickets are sold in half-hour increments).
