Countryside Barn

The Countryside Barn is a one-of-a-kind venue in Southern Alberta, offering an authentic timber frame setting unlike any other in the region. Reconstructed using the highest quality reclaimed wood, the barn features Douglas Fir beams and White Pine siding, blending rustic charm with timeless craftsmanship.

Originally built in Chicago in the early 1900s, the barn was disassembled in the 1990s and carefully preserved in storage. Discovered in pristine condition in 2019, it was transported to its new home just 15 minutes outside of Lethbridge and 90 minutes from Calgary. With the expertise of Windy Poplar Contracting and PowerLift Hydraulic Doors of Southern Alberta, the barn has been thoughtfully rebuilt and is now open for unforgettable weddings and events.

The venue offers 3,600 square feet on the main floor and an additional 1,800 square feet on the mezzanine, providing ample space to customize and create the perfect celebration. Highlights include romantic ceiling string lights, a charming mezzanine level, a dedicated bridal room, and accessible washrooms for guest comfort.

The Countryside Barn is proudly managed in partnership with Sky + Table Event Group, bringing over 20 years of catering and venue management experience to every event. With a talented team of chefs and event professionals, guests can expect exceptional service and a truly memorable experience in a breathtaking rural setting.
