Taste Local Food and Support Local Businesses

Savour Alberta's South Farm to Fork Initiative

November 1st to 21st

Each November, the Farm to Fork initiative celebrates local food across Southern Alberta. Located in the Premier Food Corridor, Lethbridge has some of the best growing conditions in the country, resulting in some of the tastiest food. We’ve spoken with restaurants across the city to learn which of their dishes feature these delicious ingredients, and now we’re passing the list on to you. Get a taste of local cheeses, meats, and vegetables in just one bite!
