Friday
When you arrive in Lethbridge, head over the Sandman Signature hotel to check in and drop off your bags. This classy hotel is our #1 choice for your time in Lethbridge. It’s close to all the action and has a large atrium that boasts an indoor grove, providing the perfect background for some easy Instagram posts.

By now, you might be feeling a bit peckish. For a lighter fare, head over to The Canadian Brewhouse. This pub offers a “Appy Hour Hat Trick” special on Fridays between 4:00pm–7:00pm. With this special, you can get a buy-two-get-one-free deal on all appetizers. It’s perfect for those days when you just want to share a bunch of plates with your besties! If you want more of a dinner and drinks type of meal, look no further than the restaurant attached to your hotel. The Italian Table is a chic restaurant serving all things Italian. Their dining room and bar have a classy yet cozy atmosphere, and their food and drinks will leave you craving more (I still can’t forget about that tiramisu!)
If you want to keep the good times going, head over to the Owl Acoustic Lounge, which features live music and open mic nights. Another option is Good Times Comedy Club, whose shows will have you laughing so hard you’ll gain a new set of abs! The two locations are only one block from each other, so if you can’t decide where to go, visit both! And if you want to make an already amazing night even better, turn your adventures into a pub crawl and finish the night at The Slice Bar & Grill. This venue is the go-to spot for live music and good times. You’ve got to live it up for girls’ night, after all!

Saturday
It’s your first full day in Lethbridge, so you’re going to need a good breakfast (or brunch) to prepare you for the day. Head to Sonder Coffeehouse for specialty waffles and delicious coffee. Whether you’re craving a sweet or a savoury breakfast, Sonder has a plate for you. If you’re not sure what to try, the brie, bacon, and pesto waffle is a local favourite.
After breakfast head to Nikka Yuko, a beautiful and serene Japanese-style garden. While there you can learn about Japanese history in Southern Alberta at the Bunka Centre or simply enjoy the garden’s the beauty. Nikka Yuko even offers traditional tea ceremonies, Yukata rentals, and origami classes for those looking for a more immersive experience.

Now that it’s time for lunch, take the short two or three-minute drive to Café Verde, one of Lethbridge’s best Mexican restaurants. This restaurant makes everything fresh, and the owner even receives some of his ingredients shipped by his mother in Mexico. With this much effort to keep your food authentic, we know you’re in for a good meal. And besides, what girl doesn’t like tacos?
After lunch, it’s time to continue your adventures. A visit to Pure Spa is the perfect place to resume your morning’s zen. With a variety of services, you can get massages, facials, or even mani-pedis with your besties. If you want to keep the outdoors theme of the day going, however, head over to the Elizabeth Hall Wetlands. This is one of Lethbridge’s four nature reserves, meaning you are experiencing Southern Alberta’s wilderness at its best. Keep an eye out for the western painted turtles sunning themselves on the rocks!
You’ve now had a full day of adventures with the girls. Take a short rest at the hotel before heading out for dinner. We highly recommend a visit to Telegraph Taphouse. Located downtown, this restaurant is within walking distance from your hotel. And without having to worry about driving, having a few drinks out on their summer patio is a must.

Dinner is the best time to catch up with the girls and share the latest gossip. But it’s also never long enough to get through all that needs to be shared! To keep the good times rolling and thegossip flowing, head over to Steel & Vines, a local wine bar. After all, nothingmakes a girls’ night quite like a glass of wine in hand.
Sunday
It’s your last day in Lethbridge, but there is still more to explore before heading home. Start your day at Lethbridge’s most aesthetic coffeeshop: Bread, Milk & Honey. Here you can find a light breakfast and a delicious coffee, tea, or matcha.
Next, it’s time for a shopping spree!Lethbridge has many local shops and boutiques ready for you to explore. Our personal favourites are Analog Books for the book-ish besties, Uglistuffs for anything girly, and Herbal Apothecary for our whimsy friends. For a more structured approach, you can explore the downtown following this interactive map of Lethbridge’s outdoor art. With this approach, you can shop and see local art at the same time!
