Public Tennis Courts in Lethbridge

Whether you’re a top-tier tennis star, or you’re pickle balling on a budget, Lethbridge has lots of public tennis courts. Day or night you’ll always have a court ready and waiting for some 40-love. Work on your serve, or rally with a bestie at any of these tennis courts in the city, free of charge.

South Lethbridge Tennis Courts

Kinsman Park

Accessible to the public and surrounded by other great outdoor amenities, is Kinsman Park on the south side of Lethbridge with two full sized courts. Sure to be the best option for anyone looking to play tennis and so much more. These are great double courts, so you can also play pickleball, with full fencing and a bench to the side for resting. After your game, head across the street to the bright green urban grocer and grab a snack, drink, or even some groceries (you’re already at the grocery store anyway!)

43rd Street Tennis Court

Nestled in the south side neighbourhood just a few blocks from the spectacular Henderson Lake Golf Course sits the 43rd Street single Tennis Court. While small and maybe a bit rougher around the edges, this is one of the best places to go for some genuine one-on-one time, as this is the only single, secluded court in the city. With fencing and large hills surrounding one side of the court, losing a tennis ball is nearly impossible. The only thing you'll leave without is a frown on your face and the calories you burnt. 

North and West Lethbridge Public Tennis Courts

Gyro Tennis Courts

As part of the Winston Churchill School Development located on the north side of Lethbridge, there is no clear border where this multi-use block becomes a school or tennis court. These courts and their location mean you can keep your head in the game, eyes on the ball, and mind on the prize! At these two full sized tennis courts, and four pickleball courts, you can expect wide open fields surrounding them ensuring you don’t end up losing a tennis ball to traffic, along with keeping noise pollution to a minimum Letting you focus on the game.

Legacy Park

This north Lethbridge park has everything a group of any size, multi-talented, multi-hobbied and fun-loving people could never dream of in a park. On top of two full size tennis and pickleball courts surrounded by fencing, this is one beautiful place to play with lots of other outdoor amenities. If tennis is not for everyone, they have more than enough amenities to keep everyone active. With basketball courts, a playground, and a skate park, this park has you covered no matter your penchant. As an added bonus, Legacy park also now has six dedicated pickleball courts! This makes Legacy Park the number one destination in Lethbridge for all things pickleball!

Westminster School and Park

Perfect for families with kids of all ages, the Westminster School Park on the north side of Lethbridge not only has two full size fenced in tennis courts, but also has playground for those too young for tennis. Whether there are little ones tagging along, or you love a good climb on the jungle gym, this is the court you’ve been looking for. Even better, this court is more than capable of supporting play for both pickle ball and tennis!

Crossings Park

The quadruple threat known as the Crossings Park on the west side of Lethbridge is beloved by all. This park is a spike, touchdown, three-pointer, and home run rolled into one! The park is surrounded by the chain-link fence’s serpentine grasp along with basketball courts, a football field, and a baseball diamond. With open-space tennis courts, this is a unique experience compared to many other courts.
