Logan Boulet Arena

The Logan Boulet Arena is located on the north side of Lethbridge next to Adams Park. The arena operates with ice from mid-September to early April and hosts non-ice activities from mid-April to mid-August. Facility features include a 200-foot by 88-foot ice surface with a 15-foot radius, seating for 500 spectators, and barrier-free accessible washrooms and drinking fountains.

The Arena's namesake is Logan Boulet, one of the players who passed due to the Humboldt Broncos bus crash. Logan saved six lives as a result of his organ donation, becoming a hero for multiple families. As a result of his selfless act, Canadian Blood Services estimated 150,000 people registered as organ donors in the weeks following Logan’s donation. This became known as the Logan Boulet Effect

April 7th is green shirt day and honours those lost in the crash. The day features a free family skate to honour the Logan Boulet Effect. The Boulet family invites the public to join them in celebrating the Interwoven Legacies display. The skate occurs at the Logan Boulet Arena on April 7 from 1 - 3 p.m.
