Elizabeth Hall Wetlands
The Elizabeth Hall Wetlands, is a preservation area located on the west side of the river nestled between the Oldman River and the Bridge Valley Golf Course. This is a nature interpretation park with information kiosks and observation points located throughout. Guests can take a self guided tour by following the trail system. The trails are a combination of paved and shale and are wheelchair accessible (with some assistance). For those interested in bird watching you may spot a wide variety of birds, such as geese, ducks, raptors, songbirds, and shoreline birds throughout the park.
There are a few rules associated with visiting preservation areas:
Bikes and dogs are only permitted on the west path closest to the golf course, as a route straight to Bull Trail Park or highway 3.
Dogs must remain leashed at all times while passing through the park.
Picking or removing vegetation is not permitted.
Fires and camping are not permitted.
