Recognized as a unique site by the Heritage Tree Foundation of Alberta in 2008 for its number, size, and variety of trees, the Fairfield Gardens holds incredible diversity. This collection includes a 100+ year old Fairfield Poplar, one of the oldest and largest of its species in Alberta. But this tree is only one of the garden's natural wonders. The site also boasts a number of perennial and annual flower beds, creating a picturesque backdrop for school picnics, church socials, wedding celebrations, and family reunions. Open daily from dawn to dusk, the Fairfield Gardens is the perfect spot to relax in nature!
