As an extension of Red Engine, Sonder embodies the spirit of community and provides an atmosphere for enjoying beautifully handcrafted drinks and food, such as Belgian style waffles. Their focus is simple: roasting coffee to highlight the art of farming, share the stories of the coffee they serve and to continue to develop and cultivate the relationships that bring everyone together.
