Aperture Disc Golf Course

Aperture Disc Golf Course is a public, 18-hole course on the University of Lethbridge campus, developed in spring 2022 through a partnership between Horns Recreation and the local disc golf association. The layout features semi-technical fairways that weave around mature trees and use the campus pond as a natural hazard. Mostly flat with a mix of paved and grass tee areas, the course caters to all skill levels—from beginners to seasoned players—while offering challenges for those seeking varied shot opportunities.

Amenities include benches, drinking water, and nearby washrooms inside university buildings. Discs are available for loan or purchase on campus. The course is stroller- and cart-friendly, with limited-mobility access on several holes. Whether you’re catching a break between classes or exploring local recreation, Aperture offers a refreshing and engaging outdoor experience.
