Allied Arts Council of Lethbridge
The AAC began in 1958. Since its founding, this organisation has supported artists of all disciplines and advocated for their artistic spaces. Their goal is to support local artists, the culture of Lethbridge and create a community where art inspires and fosters connections. They've aided in the creation of the Southern Alberta Arts Gallery the City of Lethbridge Recreation and Culture Plan, and many more programs that have added more creativity and culture to our city. Lethbridge has a vibrant art community that wouldn't be possible without the AAC. They also hold a variety of programs and workshops for budding artists. They're a great way to participate in Lethbridge's arts and culture and meet other artists! They've also been helpful in connecting artists with grants and funding to further their careers. The Allied Arts Council a major part of the community. Support them by checking out the wonderful local art Lethbridge has to offer.
