Traditions in Motion: Voices of the Tipi Circle

Honouring Traditions and Reconciliation Society invites the community to 'Traditions in Motion: Voices of the Tipi Circle'.'Traditions in Motion: Voices of the Tipi Circle' will feature Blackfoot storytelling, powwow dancing and drumming demonstrations, a community round dance and indigenous food vendors. At its center, the tipi circle will showcase tipis from Blackfoot-led organizations and agencies. Each tipi will host storyelling - a Blackfoot winter tradition - and interactive activities led by Elders and knowledge keepers. Attendees can explore the tipis, engaging with diverse cultural practices.
