A Canada's Food Tour Sample Itinerary
With amazing experiences in and outside of the city, it can be hard to decide where to start or end; That's why we are here. Below we have a map and itinerary that will show you one way to hit all the stops on our tour. Feel free to skip some of the stops or do them all. Once you have an idea of what you want to see, feel free to head over to our participants page to build your own itinerary!

Broxburn, Birds, and Beef, Oh My!
Take this trail to experience delicious local food, and the beauty of Alberta Birds of Prey at the Alberta Birds of Prey Centre! Start off with a quick bite to eat at Broxburn Vegetables and Café and grab some produce for the road, from there you can head to the Alberta Birds of Prey Centre and enjoy this incredible attraction. After that, you can visit Prairie Hill Farms to learn about and purchase products made form their Haskaps. Finish off your tour with dinner at Cattleman's Chophouse in Picture Butte.
Sip and Sample in the City
For those looking to keep their trail inside of city limits and off of gravel roads, then this itinerary is the option for you. Start off at Water Tower Grill and Bar for a beautiful brunch and even better view; then head to Theoretically Brewing Co. for a lunchtime brew. Once you're finished there, you can head to Urban Apothecary to learn all about the amazing power of mushrooms and micro greens. After the apothecary, head to Telegraph Taphouse in the brand-new Festival Square, for a delicious lunch. From Telegraph, you can head to Mocha Local to find more amazing local ingredients and foods to take home with you. Finish your tour off with dinner at either Mocha Cabana, the Italian Table or any other amazing local Restaurant in our downtown.
Picture Perfect Picnic at Park Lake
Take a day, or half day, and head north of Lethbridge to experience delicious locally wine, meats and cheese, on artisan crackers and bread. The best part of it all? This trail is tied together with a gorgeous picnic at Park Lake, just make sure you bring your own blanket and basket! Grab some fresh supplies from Umami Shop, then grab something to drink at Little Gem Winery and some meats from Broek Pork Acres. From there, head to Crystal Springs Cheese for some tasty morsels to top your picnic off. Once your basket is all stocked up with your picnicking needs head to Park Lake for a picture perfect picnic!
