Neuron e-Scooters have Arrived in Lethbridge!

On April 8th, 2022, Neuron Canada launched their “safety orange” e-Scooters and their first e-Bike in Canada, in Lethbridge! Whether you're a visitor or a local, you will have a blast #ExploringLetbhridge in an exciting new way! From their innovative Geofencing Control and world's-first Helmet lock to their safe stable, and sustainable design, Neuron Canada focuses on the safety of its riders.
Before you scoot and peddle around town, you may have some questions, so we have gathered all the information for you in one place!

Where to Park
Please park in the designated area (which can be found in app).
When parking your scooter or bike, do not block sidewalks, pathways, or crosswalks.
Some Rules to help you #ScootSafe
Riders must be 18 years and over.
Wearing a helmet is strongly recommended, and one is provided with each scooter or bike.
One rider per scooter or bike.
Do not ride under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
Do not put kids or pets in the bike baskets.
Keep a safe distance from pedestrians and other vehicles.
Give way to pedestrians and mobility devices.
