Come Celebrate the arts in Lethbridge!

September 24 – 27, 2020 Arts Days returns with great virtual, outdoors and some indoor events!

Start the art celebrations off with the AAC Artist Cabaret! September 24 you can attend the annual Cabaret with a new twist! This year the Cabaret will be streamed on AAC’s social media! Tune in to see amazing #YQLocal performing artists!

  • For those of you who are looking for an in-person experience head down to downtown to see On the Street: Performers in the Downtown September 25 – 27!

  • While you’re in the downtown keep your eye open to see 10 windows in the downtown painted by local muralists during Downtown Lens: Window Painting Gallery September 25 – 27!

  • On September 26 participate in the Gallery Stroll as you leisurely go between downtown galleries including Mortar and Brick!

  • Stop by Mortar and Brick to see artwork by Chrissy Nickerson on the Gallery Stroll or help them celebrate their second year with their virtual Cabaret! Live poetry reads, music and artist guided tours of the space will be available on September 26 via their social media!

  • Come see local artists take over the old Family Service building (705 2 Ave S.)

  • AAC popUP Gallery: Unexpected Intersections September 26 – October 4! Experience the art with a bar, entertainment and the Artist at Work installations!

  • Enjoy two installation projects in the Artist Kiosks on Rotary Square during the Artists at Work: Kiosk Visual Arts Project from September 24 – 27.

  • Or enjoy them during the Family Affair on the Square on September 27th! This family-friendly event will include calk art by Eric Dyck — Join in the fun with their chalk packets, Latin Dancing, and a Karen, Louis and Bram cover band — Sharron, Lewis and Pam!

  • September 26 enjoy coffee, doughnuts, and live music as you stroll through the gallery at SAAG on a guided tour or take part in a Youth Craft Workshop!
