Summer

Long days full of bright sun make all the delicious fruits and berries of summer even better in Lethbridge. From fresh fruits at farmers markets, toe aching a few raspberries in the field at a u-Pick just outside of the city. No matter what your hungry for, you can find it fresh under the summer sun in Lethbridge!

Fall

Fall in the region is when all the big things come out to play. from the Lethbridge Corn Maze, where you can pick pumpkins, to grocery stores and our Famers Market being over runs with delicious fresh local produce. As the leaves fall and winter approaches, fresh food takes centre stage during our harvesting season.

While produce may not be capable of growing all year round regularly, we still have local producers and greenhouses to thank. Whilewinter high be cold, there are still these few suppliers bringing us a little fresh food during the cold of winter. not to mention, you can still find incredible fresh ingredients being used by our city food tour participants year round!

These incredible producers pride themselves on their berry production, and the other products they sell, such as jams, spreads, syrups, and more.
