George Kush will share the depiction of the Mounted Police in art and the difficulty for artists to depict how they actually appeared in history compared to public expectations of their appearance. The work of American artists Charles M. Russell, Frederic Remington and Arnold Friberg will be discussed as well as corporations like the Northwest Paper Company.
