Yvonne Jobin, Cree First Nations originally from High Prairie and now living in Calgary, is dedicated to preserving and teaching her culture through the arts. She will teach you how to make your choice of traditional Cree or Plains style mocassins. Using the authentic materials of her ancestors, Yvonne’s considerable knowledge of traditional native culture and spirituality is reflected in her work: whether for traditional use, collectors, museums or major motion pictures, it embodies a respect for the gift of nature.
